How many days will it take to receive my order?

All of our orders are delivered through Royal Mail. 1st Class (Next day Delivery) - £4.99 2nd Class (2-3 Working days) - £3.90

My parcel says delivered but it isn't here?

Please contact MountForceCommunications@outlook.com and we will assist you to locate the parcel. If unable to locate the parcel, we will launch an investigation with the courier immediately.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

After ordering, you should receive a confirmation email. If not then you should contact MountForceCommunications@outlook.com

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order there is nothing that can be done regarding cancelling or changing the order. What can be done? Once your order arrives, you can simply send it back to us and we will process your refund.

What is your returns policy?

Once you receive your order, you will have 28 days to return your order. It must unworn, with all tags still attached, along side the original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your order arrives back to us and we have checked your order, the process will begin. The refund will take up to 14 working days.

What to do if order arrives damaged or faulty?

If this is the case, contact MountForceCommunications@outlook.com as soon as possible. Please make sure to include: -Order Number -Delivery Address and Postcode -Items you ordered -Pictures to show the damage/faulty
